Just want to say many thanks for the great service yesterday! My husband and I enjoyed ourselves so much, the staff were so friendly. My husband also had his year end function at the hotel yesterday, and the food was delicious. The staff really let us feel as if we were the only 2 people in the hotel! I would like to say a huge thanks for arranging the site at your hotel. As mentioned to you verbally, I was most impressed and really felt the hotel has a lot to offer. I found that the rooms were extremely spacious and the complimentary wi-fi a huge value add. Beds were extremely comfortable and the living area was big.
General overview was excellent and even though your meeting room is small I am sure we can use your hotel and the conference facilities at the Island club. Restaurant good and food was good. Staff very friendly which is always a good sign. Thank you for this opportunity and look forward to using your hotel for forthcoming requests.
In my line of work I do a lot of travelling and hotel hopping. However, I am yet to be to a hotel that feels like home like the Colosseum. The staff is amazing and are always willing to go the extra mile. They are consistent in how they offer themselves to their guests. Always smiling and ready to be of assistance. I’ve been to most hotels in the Western Cape and this one is definitely in my top 3. So with this little note, I just want to say a small but heartfelt thank you. You take pride in your work and it shows.
